Terms of use

By using happytimebook.com or the HAPPYTIME app you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy policy.

The service

HappyTime Book lets you discover and book live shows, send booking requests to artists, anchors and influencers, request event management quotes, check venue calendars and create artist or talent profiles.

Shows and tickets

  • Shows are listed by their organisers, who are responsible for the show, its timing and its content.
  • Ticket prices and payment instructions are shown at checkout. A ticket is confirmed once payment is confirmed.
  • For a cancelled show or a booking problem, write to support@happytimebook.com with your booking code and we will help you with the organiser.

Artist bookings and event quotes

  • A booking request or event plan is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Availability and price are confirmed in the quote.
  • Event management quotes are free. You pay only after you accept a quote, on the terms written in that quote.

Your account and content

  • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
  • You own the content you upload. You allow us to show it on HappyTime Book and to share profile links to promote it.
  • Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything illegal, misleading, hateful or explicit. We may review, hide or remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Listings

Some profiles were listed from public information and are marked as not yet claimed. Profile owners can claim or ask for removal at support@happytimebook.com.

Liability

We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee every detail provided by organisers, artists or venues. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control.
