About HappyTime Book
What is HappyTime Book?
HappyTime Book is a Bengaluru-based marketplace for live entertainment. You can find and book live shows, book artists, anchors and influencers, check venue calendars, plan weddings and events with our team, and build a free talent profile.
Which cities do you cover?
We are based in Bengaluru and work across Karnataka. Venue calendars currently cover Bengaluru and Mysuru.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, an Android app can be downloaded from happytimebook.com/download/android. A Google Play listing and an iPhone app are coming later.
Tickets and shows
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Anyone can browse shows, artists and venues. When you book, we ask for your name and WhatsApp number and send a sign-in code to your email.
How do I book tickets for a show?
Open the show, pick a ticket type and quantity, sign in with the email code and complete the payment shown at checkout. Your ticket with a QR code then appears under Tickets.
What if a show is cancelled or I have a problem with a booking?
Email support@happytimebook.com with your booking code and we will help you with the organiser.
Artists and events
How do I book an artist, anchor or influencer?
Open their profile and tap Book, or send one request from the Book artists page. The artist, or our team for profiles that are not yet claimed, comes back with availability and a quote.
What event services do you offer?
Weddings, business events, private parties and food and catering, including venue, decor, catering, artists, anchors, sound, stage, photo and video. You get a free quote within 24 hours and pay only after you accept it.
Can companies get a GST invoice?
Yes, business events come with a GST invoice for your company.
For artists and venues
I am an artist. How do I join?
Build a free profile at happytimebook.com/join with your work, photos and links. Established artists can apply for an Official dashboard with bookings, a calendar and promotion tools.
My profile is listed but I did not create it. What can I do?
Some profiles were listed from public information. You can claim yours to manage it, or ask us to remove it by writing to support@happytimebook.com.
How can a venue or theatre group work with you?
Send the contact form and choose venue partnership. We can add your venue's date-wise calendar and help you list shows and sell tickets.
