This page explains what personal data HappyTime Book (happytimebook.com and the HAPPYTIME Android app) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and city, when you sign in or book. Sign-in codes are stored only in hashed form and expire quickly.
Bookings and requests: ticket orders, artist booking requests and event plans, with the details you enter (date, city, venue, guests, budget, notes).
Enquiries: what you send through the contact and enquiry forms: name, phone, email, city, company and your message.
Profiles: if you create a talent or artist profile, the text, photos, songs and videos you add. Public profile information is visible to everyone; contact details are not shown publicly.
Usage data: anonymous events such as which page a visit started on and where the visit came from (for example a search engine or a social site). We do not store your IP address with these events.

Cookies and similar storage

ht_at: keeps you signed in.
ht_city and a theme setting: remember your city and light or dark mode.
ht_attr: remembers, for 90 days, how you first found us (search, social, a link or an ad tag). It holds no personal details.
If Google Analytics is switched on for the site, Google sets its own cookies to measure visits.

How we use it

To run your account, issue tickets and handle bookings, quotes and event plans.
To contact you about your booking or enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To send sign-in codes and messages about your requests.
To prevent spam and misuse, and to understand which pages and channels bring visitors so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

The artist, organiser, venue or vendor needed to fulfil your booking or event, and only what they need.
Service providers that host the site and send email for us.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Listed profiles

Some artist and creator profiles were listed from publicly available information so event organisers can find them. If a profile is about you, you can claim it or ask us to remove it by writing to support@happytimebook.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active or while we need it for the booking, enquiry or legal records it belongs to. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by writing to support@happytimebook.com. We reply within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our terms of use.
